San Diego Surf Soccer Club has a deep history in developing some of the top female athletes in the nation. From National team players, D1 College players and top competitive players. These female athletes have one thing in common, in understanding what it takes to be a leader both on and off the field.

Our Leadership Academy aims to provide players with an insight to the mindset and leadership qualities required at the highest the level of the game. Our academy will provide the players to learn from highly experienced professionals who will help each player put their leadership into practice. Players attending the Surf leadership camp will be lucky enough to learn from current US Youth Women’s National Team staff and players, ex-professional players, as well as current D1 college staff and players.
