Yoga and Functional Strength Training at Surf Cup Sports Park Offering for Parents at the Club! First Class is FREE!

Surf Soccer Club is excited to offer Parent Fitness Classes! Beginning August 1st, we will be offering Functional Strength Training and Yoga while your kid(s) practice!

Yoga

This yoga class is Ashtanga Vinyasa based, focused on the breathing, correct alignment, concentration and mindfulness. Yoga mats will be provided, however, participants are free to bring there own mat.
Tuesdays 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Wednesdays 4:30pm – 5:30pm

Functional Strength Training

This class is focused on overall functional strength with an emphasis on strengthening important core muscles, improving hip and thoracic mobility, flexibility, and improving your overall fitness levels by utilizing TRX trainers, mini bands, battle ropes, kettle bells, monster bands, and learning how to use our own body’s in a functional manner to improve movement and overall strength.
Mondays 5:30pm-6:30pm
Tuesdays 4:30pm-5:30pm
Wednesdays 4pm-5pm
Thursdays 5:30pm-6:30pm
